Neel Premkumar is an American serial entrepreneur whose consumer products have sold over $1 billion dollars.  Neel is an EY Entrepreneur of the Year award winner and judge, a Board Member of Human Rights Watch, and an Advisory Board Member and Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Georgetown University. 

Neel is the Founder and CEO of Dyla Brands, a hydration beverage company whose drink mixes help millions of Americans each year consume over 1.2 billion glasses of water, replace over 60 million pounds of sugar, and reduce over 500 million plastic bottles in circulation!  Dyla’s better-for-you beverages are made by hundreds of passionate employees in multiple facilities, and are sold in 50,000 retail stores nationwide, generating over $100 million in annual revenue.  Dyla builds its brands in partnership with CPG industry leaders as well as professional athletes Shaquille O’Neal, Venus Williams, Serena Williams, Kevin Durant, Megan Rapinoe, Michelle Wie and others.

Previously, Neel was a marketing executive at both Nestle and Pfizer and was a founder of CreativeHub.  Neel holds an MBA from The Wharton School of Business, a Graduate Marketing degree from The University of Chicago, and a Bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University.  He is an active investor and advisor in several startups and venture capital funds, as well as a judge at Georgetown, NYU, Ernst & Young, and various startup business plan competitions.  Neel, his wife, and three daughters live in the DC area.
